Q. Will I be maintaining the privacy of all resumes?

A.Your resumes never travel to us. You maintain all copies and all databases. ParsePro is fully self reliant and does not need any communication to our server, except for the validation of your License Key.

Q. How secure is the resume database?

A. Our software inserts the results into your database. You can fully ensure the security of this database with your System Administrator. ParsePro only does an Insert and Index / Reindexing of the given databases.

Q. Can ParsePro take any generic format of resume and extract the required information?

A. Yes, we have tested it on more than 65,000 resumes downloaded from various jobs sites / collections. ParsePro shows a fair amount of accuracy in extracting the information.

Q. How much savings I will be making if I use this? I am concerned about Return on Investment of this product.

Q. Can this run on Linux?

A. Currently the application is written using the Microsoft .Net Framework. We have not yet tested it on Linux. However, a few clients are able to run it on Linux using Mono, but this is not a supported configuration.

Q. My application crashes on Windows Vista and Windows 7?

• Right click on the shortcut named “ParsePro” and choose “Properties”.
• Go to the Compatibility tab.
• Choose following option under Compatibility mode:
  • Select Checkbox “Run this program in compatibility mode for:” by choosing “Windows XP (Service Pack 3) from dropdown.
